Purpose: This policy explains the standards that apply when you access or use SWYPE, including lawful-use expectations, prohibited activity rules, risk review, and our ability to restrict service where necessary.
SWYPE is the public-facing brand and routing platform. DegenStudios is the operating legal entity behind the service. This policy applies to users, wallets, transactions, support interactions, and related activity connected with the official website and product surfaces.
You may use SWYPE only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and are not restricted by sanctions, export-control, anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, or similar laws. You remain responsible for understanding the rules that apply to your own activity, assets, and location.
SWYPE may not be used for fraud, phishing, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, stolen-funds movement, deceptive impersonation, wallet draining, market abuse, unlawful gambling where prohibited, malware distribution, or other illegal or abusive activity. You may not use SWYPE to conceal ownership in violation of law or create compliance risk for SWYPE, its providers, or other users.
SWYPE may use account information, wallet data, transaction details, support records, IP information, and other relevant signals to assess abuse, fraud, sanctions exposure, or other unlawful conduct risk. We may also rely on public information, security tooling, and external service providers to support that review.
Because SWYPE routes certain transactions through external providers, compliance outcomes may depend on both SWYPE controls and third-party checks. Exchanges, hosted checkout providers, payment partners, and settlement providers involved in a route may restrict, delay, reject, or cancel activity independently under their own terms and standards.
If prohibited, unlawful, abusive, or high-risk behavior is identified or reasonably suspected, we may warn, rate-limit, block, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to SWYPE or specific features without prior notice where permitted by law. We may also refuse to continue or support activity that presents legal, sanctions, operational, or fraud risk.
SWYPE may preserve relevant records and cooperate with legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement requests to the extent required or permitted by applicable law. Where appropriate, we may disclose relevant information to professional advisers, service providers, or counterparties involved in investigating fraud, abuse, or legal violations.
We may revise this policy to reflect changes in law, product design, provider relationships, or risk practices. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@swypeswap.com. Security-sensitive compliance concerns can also be reported to security@swypeswap.com.
