Important: SWYPE is a non-custodial product and routing layer. It does not take custody of user funds, does not hold private keys, and coordinates supported flows through external providers and supported networks.
These Terms govern your use of SWYPE, including the public website, payment-request surfaces, support tools, public swap routes, private swap routes, and related features. By accessing or using SWYPE, you agree to these Terms and to any additional provider terms that apply to a specific route or feature.
You may use SWYPE only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and are not restricted by sanctions, export-control rules, anti-money-laundering laws, counter-terrorist-financing rules, or similar legal requirements. You are responsible for understanding the rules that apply to your own location, wallet activity, and use case.
Certain payments, swaps, and settlement actions are coordinated through third-party providers or supported blockchain networks. Those providers may perform their own screening, compliance review, operational checks, or availability decisions under their own terms. A route may be delayed, restricted, rejected, or canceled independently of SWYPE.
SWYPE is not a custodian, broker, bank, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Information presented through the platform is for product and routing purposes only and is not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Digital assets and fiat-connected settlement flows can involve volatility, operational risk, third-party failure risk, and jurisdiction-specific restrictions.
You may not use SWYPE for fraud, phishing, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, stolen-funds movement, deceptive impersonation, wallet draining, malware distribution, unlawful gambling where prohibited, or other illegal or abusive activity. You may not use SWYPE to route proceeds of crime or create legal, sanctions, or fraud risk for SWYPE, its providers, or other users.
SWYPE may review account information, wallet data, transaction details, support records, IP information, and other relevant signals to reduce abuse and support lawful use of the platform. If prohibited, unlawful, abusive, or high-risk behavior is identified or reasonably suspected, access to SWYPE or specific features may be warned, limited, blocked, suspended, or terminated where permitted by law.
SWYPE may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific route success, or compatibility with every asset, network, or provider. Temporary outages, compliance reviews, provider incidents, and network congestion may affect performance.
The SWYPE name, logos, site design, and product materials remain the property of their respective owners. Press and directory use should follow the official boilerplate and verified links on the Press page. Use the SWYPE name in uppercase where possible and do not imply partnership, endorsement, or authorship that does not exist.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWYPE and DegenStudios are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses caused by third-party providers, blockchain behavior, route unavailability, compliance restrictions, or user error such as wrong addresses or unsupported assets. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SWYPE and DegenStudios from claims arising from your unlawful or abusive use of the service.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, product design, providers, or risk practices. Continued use of SWYPE after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
